Who are you?
I would've thought that was rather obvious. My name is Reg Natarajan.
What is this site for?
More than anything, it exists for my own convenience. It is a place for me to organize and access pictures and other such things that mean something to me. It's also a way for me to share personal news and pictures with people.
Why should I care about your stuff?
You almost certainly shouldn't, a fact which really should cause you to reassess your motives in reading this FAQ.
Well, I think you're an idiot.
That isn't a question.
What do you do, anyway?
I have a few pokers in the fire, the mainstay of which is eSecureData.com.
If you're a businessman, why do you defend things like government run health care and education systems on your site?
What I have seen of the world leads me to believe that purely private systems for fundamentals like health and education don't work. If someone is sick and doesn't have the money to get better, don't be surprised if they end up on welfare or, worse, breaking into your house to get food money. Don't even be surprised if they kill someone needlessly in the process — desperate people tend not to use good judgment. The consequences of exclusionary health and education systems cascade into increased poverty, crime and social unrest. Don't get me wrong — I'm all for private care for those who choose it and are able to pay for it, but I believe in government systems for those who can't.
So, are you a conservative or a liberal?
I am what I am. That which I am remains unaltered by the words others use to describe it. If it helps you any, most would call me a fiscal conservative and a social liberal.
Where do you live?
I live in downtown
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, although I am toying with spending winters elsewhere in the future.
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is a favorite destination of mine, and may well end up being my winter home in the coming years.
Why do your links and news pages have predominantly Canadian content?
That's because they exist primarily for my own convenience.
But that makes them less useful to others.
Welcome to my world. I hope you enjoy your visit. Feel free to create your own online world somewhere else.
Will you link to my site?
No.
Don't you want to see it first before deciding?
No.
How old are you?
44
Are you a homosexual?
No, but I have no quarrel with them.
Why aren't you married, then?
It would seem I'm not very good at that.
Your site is full of funny spelling, such as "labour" and "harbour".
That's because I speak and write English, not American.
Can I republish your stuff?
Sure. Most of it is crap, anyway, which makes it par for the course for the net, generally.
I see you have linked to both Al Jazeera and Amnesty International. You are clearly a communist and may well be a terrorist.
You had better report me, then. Before you do, however, please note that I have also linked to the Jerusalem Post and CNN.
Do you hate America and Americans?
Not at all. I've spent a great deal of time there. I love America, and I have nothing but respect for most Americans. I am saddened, however, by the fact that America is turning into a police state — a feeling shared by many, perhaps most, Americans. I find it utterly repulsive to see armed soldiers patrolling the New York subway system. I understand why they're there, but I don't have to like it.
So, what would you do differently?
Nothing. When I was 18, I had all the answers. Today, all I seem to know is how little I know.
